Pre-Care Instructions:
Avoid Blood Thinners: Discontinue blood-thinning medications (like aspirin, ibuprofen, or fish oil) at least 1 week before treatment, unless instructed otherwise by your doctor.
Avoid Alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment to minimize bruising.

Plan for Recovery: Schedule your treatment at least 2 weeks before any significant events to allow for swelling or bruising.
Avoid Other Treatments: Avoid facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments at least 1 week prior to your appointment.

Massage the Area: Rule of 5s- With moderate pressure, massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day for 5 days.
Stay Upright: Remain upright for at least 4 hours after the treatment.
Avoid Strenuous Activities: Refrain from vigorous exercise, excessive heat (like saunas or hot tubs), and sun exposure for 24-48 hours post-treatment.
Limit Alcohol: Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours following your appointment.
Monitor for Side Effects: Watch for any unusual symptoms, such as prolonged swelling or discomfort. Contact your provider if you have concerns. You make that acetaminophen if you experience any mild tenderness or discomfort.
